Life is Better Laid Out™

My love for cars started when I was 16 and had to save for my own vehicle in high school. May not come as much of a surprise that car ended up being a VW Bug because that is what the budget could afford. I quickly started customizing it as soon as I brought the car home: large stereo system, tinted windows and of course, dropped it down.

From that point on, stock was just plain boring and every single car I owned from then on has been customized in some way! Fast forward to July 2022, I found the truck I had been looking for since I was in my 30’s, a 1962 Chevy C10 Short Bed Fleetside, Bucket List Item checked off! Since then I have been customizing her from front to back, rebuilt the engine, custom stainless exhaust, Air Ride that deflates to completely lay frame, just to name a few. The “Locals” part of the name doesn’t have to mean in Southern California like I am, it can be any country or state.
